Fair Use Policy

This Fair Use Policy (“Policy”) is designed to ensure that all customers of Anointed Kingdom Apparel (“we”, “us”, “our”) have a positive and fair experience when purchasing and using our products and services. This Policy operates in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, Returns and Refunds Policy, and complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
 

1. Purpose of This Policy

We strive to provide high-quality headwear and customer service to all customers. This Fair Use Policy is intended to prevent misuse of our products, services, and resources, including excessive returns, fraudulent claims, and behaviour that is unreasonable, unethical, or unlawful.
 

2. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:

• A replacement or refund for a major failure.

• Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

• Have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
