Our Return Policy.

Need to return an item?

We understand — sometimes an item just doesn’t work out. If it’s still in its original condition, you can return it for a change of mind, following the guidelines below (including our Fair Use policy).

Return Cost: Returns incur a $15 AUD fee, which is deducted from your refund to help cover return shipping.


Check Before You Return: Not all items are returnable. Please check the product details on our website to confirm whether your item qualifies.


Your Consumer Rights

This Returns Policy doesn’t override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If there’s ever a conflict, your statutory rights will take priority.
 

Return Time Frames

You have 28 days from either:

  • The delivery date, or

  • The date your order was available for collection
    to send it back for a refund.


Refunds go back to your original payment method and are typically processed within 14 days of receiving your return.


If you've requested a return within the 28-day window but can't send it back due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us. Approval is at our discretion.
 

Late Returns
Returns outside of the 28-day period won’t be accepted. If you send something back late, we may return it to your default delivery address and charge you for the shipping.

 

Item Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • Unworn/unused

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags and labels attached
     

Trying things on is fine (like in a store), but wearing them for longer or returning them damaged, worn, or in unsuitable condition will result in no refund — and we may send the item back to you at your cost.


All returned items are inspected.
 

Your Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. Please:

  • Pack items securely

  • Get proof of postage
    We’re not liable for items returned to us by mistake. If we can locate them and you want them back, you'll need to cover delivery costs.

     

Fair Use Policy

We monitor returns to prevent misuse. If we detect fraudulent or excessive return activity, we may:

  • Refuse refunds

  • Suspend or close your account
     

This includes:

  • High volume/value return patterns

  • Wearing items before returning

  • Repeatedly returning used or incorrect items

  • Multiple accounts linked to suspicious activity
     

If your account has been closed and you still need to make a valid return, refer to the closure email for return instructions. You’ll need to cover the return cost.
 

Important Notice
We may take legal action if the returned items don’t match what you originally ordered.


Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If you want a different size or colour, simply place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.
 

Faulty or Incorrect Item?

If your item is faulty, we’re here to help — please return it to us as soon as possible so we can make things right.

When creating your return, make sure to specify ‘Faulty/Broken’ as the reason.

If you're unable to create a return or the item can’t be sent back due to its condition, please contact our Customer Care team. Be sure to include a photo of the fault, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

 

Received the Wrong Item?

We’re sorry about that! Please return the incorrect item to us as soon as possible.

When submitting your return, specify ‘Incorrect Item Received’ as the reason.

 

Just a heads-up: All items are carefully inspected upon return. Items showing general wear and tear (rather than a manufacturing fault) may not qualify for a refund.
